Friendly Reminder

-The bows are all handmade, which means there could be inconsistencies, especially in the cloth bows.

 

Returns/Refunds

Bows & Accessories: We do not accept returns on custom orders, unless it is a mistake on our end. 

Cups: We accept returns on cups within a week of purchasing. If there is an issue with the cup. We will send a return label for you to return the cup in order to get a refund. We will refund your order minus any shipping fees. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.  

Clothing: We do not accept returns on clothing unless the item is defective. If it is we will e-mail you a return label to ship the items back, once received you will get the refund issued minus any shipping fees.

Shipping

-RTS items will all ship in 1-5 business days. 

-Shirts are made to order. You pick the color and size, so these take about 10-14 business days.

-Customs and/or pre-orders will take between 1-3 weeks depending on the item (it will be listed in the description when ordering).

-Once your package is scanned at the local post office it is out of our hands. If you are having an issue with tracking your package, please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help!
